Schedule an In-Person or Virtual presentation
ACLC staff is happy to travel for presentations. We request a minimum donation based on distance and time our staff spends traveling, as well as reimbursement for mileage. Our current requested donation amounts based on travel time are:
$150 - venue located within 30 minutes of Saranac Lake, NY -OR- for all virtual presentations
$300 - venue located between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours of Saranac Lake, NY
$500 - venue located between 1.5 hours and 3 hours of Saranac Lake, NY
For distances with travel times of more than 3 hours (one way) from Saranac Lake, please reach out for more information.
